Hummingbird
This little guy was almost impossible to photograph…he just moved too darn fast! I was sitting on our cabin porch upstate having my coffee when I spotted him out of the corner of my left eye. Placing the coffee down rather quickly, yet quietly, I picked up my camera and bent down with my head almost between my knees. The shot that you see here looks like the sun is setting behind this little flier…but indeed it is not. The background for this shot came from an unlikely source…our ski tube!
